Goffy has worked with some of the biggest personalities for over thirty years. Whether appearing at Personal Appearances, on his Radio Show, or at Product Launches, he's always built up a great rapport with them.

History

Long before "Goffy in the Morning", Goffy launched Paul Gough Promotions way back in 1978!
Paul began organising events and involving some of the biggest names in show business.

This included compering shows, promoting headline concerts, arranging sports dinners, product launches, tours, golf days, beauty contests, fashion shows and much more.

Paul also got involved arranging TV, Radio and Press coverage for celebrities while they were in the region, including Bob Monkhouse, Kevin Keegan, Ian St John & Jimmy Greaves, Emlyn Hughes and many more.

On Air

While running his Promotions and Marketing Company, Goffy had always had the ambition of becoming a Radio Broadcaster himself. He got his first opportunity live on the air at Century Radio when they launched in September 1994, at first presenting the overnight show ("Graveyard Shift" !)

He then went on to present almost every shift on the schedule (making up for lost time!), under the vastly experienced team of John Myers (Managing Director) and John Simons (Programme Director)

Projects

Goffy has worked on numerous projects over the years.
These include working closely with celebrities like Alan Shearer, Ant and Dec, Gazza, always hungry to find a unique idea to involve them and maximise their potential.

Various charities across the region have also benefited from Paul's involvement, raising their profile to often double the public's support. Over the years he has helped raise well over a million pounds in cash to support worthy causes.
